Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. International orders may take 14–30 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
What items are non-returnable?
Certain items such as final sale products, intimate apparel, and opened beauty products may not be eligible for return.
